ZELL presents the worlds first standardized, modular workpiece carrier system for production, cleaning and logistics

When founder Ingo Zell didn't find a suitable carrier solution for his own production, he decided to develop a new carrier system. Over the years he kept innovating until 2022, when he released the world's first modular and standardized system for work piece transport. For his innovative design he already received several patents in Europe and America. Although there exists a variety of solutions for work piece accommodation on the market, ZELL managed to develop a system that can be easily adjusted to any size of the product. Carriers and Baskets are both manufactured in a way that customers can decide on their own assembly. A selection of more than 700+ standardized clip-designs ensures the security of each individual work piece, that can be easily picked up by the customers automation components. ZELL enables transport in only one system. No need to switch carriers during automated production on the same part, no need to switch baskets for cleaning, no need to switch systems for logistics - it is all one system! This significantly minimizes costs and time along complex production processes. The new system comes with attractive pricing, lower weight, more capacity options and more product quality. Due to high interest of customers worldwide ZELL decided to build a new production facility in Germany, meant to guarantee "made in Germany" quality as well as faster processing of customer requests. Since all parts of the system are easily exchangeable and adjustable ZELL defines a new standard when it comes to sustainable industrial production.
